well hello, im out of school again today. hmph.. not a good day to miss though. i missed composition tutorial:( and mock spa for bio. blehs.. oh well, i really didnt feel like getting out of bed this morning. im currently reading what katy did by susan coolidge. its some childrens classic. lighthearted and refreshing, i must say. it definitely is a change from grownup stuff, just reading it brings you back to being a kid again. there was this poem in it, i thought you guys might wanna look at too. its called for the want of a nail by i have no idea who.
For the want of a nail the shoe was lost, For the want of a shoe the horse was lost, For the want of a horse the rider was lost, For the want of the rider the battle was lost, For the want of the battle the kingdom was lost, And all for the want of a horse-shoe nail.
hmm.. i guess it really speaks for itself huh. i think i need to strive for perfection in all that i do.. i really need this kind of reminders from time to time lest i forget and i slack off.. which i actually beginning to.. but i guess more importantly, every single thing that you do has an impact, may be big may be small, but an impact nonetheless. im resolving to remember to do all the small things right, and perhaps, later on in my life, i may just be able to get the chance to do one big thing right and really help change the lives of others.
